Plans, payment and cancellation

What each plan includes, how to pay, and how to stop. Prices are those of 5 November 2026; the Subscription page always shows the ones that apply to you.

The three plans

Free is for finding: every tender in your country, one alert a week, your company in the directory.

Business (5,000 FCFA a month) is for deciding: an opinion on every tender, who won each awarded contract, and daily alerts if you want them.

Pro (10,000 FCFA a month) is for winning: your file checked against the notice, pre-filled letters, the price range of comparable contracts, and each buyer's history.

Pay by Mobile Money

Available on the web in Côte d'Ivoire, Cameroon, Senegal, Burkina Faso and Benin. Accepted operators are shown for your country. In Guinea, Mali, Niger and DR Congo, pay by card.

Choose a plan
In Settings, then Subscription, click Choose Business or Choose Pro.
Choose the duration
One month or one year. Business can also be taken for 3 months, at 12,000 FCFA.
Enter your number
The operator is detected from the number. Correct it if it is wrong.
Approve on your phone
Tap Pay, then approve the request with your secret code. You stay on SangoBids, and the plan is active as soon as it is confirmed.

Nothing renews without you. You are told before the end, and Renew early adds the new period to the end of the current one. Without renewal, your account goes back to Free.

Pay by card

Visa or Mastercard, monthly or yearly, on Stripe's secure page. We never see your card number. Renewal is automatic. Manage Billing changes your card, and your receipts are in Invoices.

If a charge fails, the page shows "The last charge did not go through" and your benefits are on hold. Tap Update my card to get them back.

Pay in the app

On iPhone and Android, the subscription is an in-app purchase, monthly or yearly: 5,750 FCFA a month for Business, 11,500 FCFA for Pro. A subscription taken on the web also works in the app, at no extra cost.

Stop

Card: Cancel subscription. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period. If the last charge failed, it ends right away.
Mobile Money: nothing to cancel, the plan simply ends on its date.
App Store: Settings, your name, then Subscriptions.
Google Play: Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.

Your data stays: only the Free plan's limits apply again.
